Worst vacuumm I have ever used!
Pros
Cord is nice and long. Separate power and brush buttons.
Cons
Messy cup small, messy to empty. Does not pick up on bare floors.

The Bottom Line:
I do not recomment this product. Bad design, messy, hard to use.
I was excited when I purchased this vacuum, it looked and sounded like just what I needed. Wrong! It assembled easy enough, that that was about where the positives ended.
During first use, I noticed that the vacuum was pretty heavy. Given it is propelled, I figured I could deal with it. The beater bar leaves lines in the carpet where the brush does not make contact. It is pretty useless on bare floors, blowing debris back behind the machine. Also, the machine seems to get unduly hot and blows hot air out the back. My house is not messy, so I can't see why the vacuum gets overheated.
The telescoping wand does not stay locked no matter how hard I try (I see from other reviews, I am not the only one). Hose/wand is too short, it is very awkward to use. Triangular brush is of little use. Lift off feature is a good idea, but the unit tips when seperated from the base so you have to hang on to it.
Hose plugs up quite a bit and must be cleaned out frequently. Turbo brush sounds great, but it doesn't work. Once it makes contact with the furniture, it stops revolving.
My biggest peeve (and my mom's too, she got her vac at the same time I did): the filters and debris cup. This is very messy to clean/empty. The upper filter gets plugged easily and the cup below must be removed and you need to stick your hand up in the filter area, remove the filter and clear the dirt/hair. In the meantime, dust is flying around and dropping onto the lower part of the vacuum and all over the outside of the unit. Now you have to clear that out before you can put the cup back. I have no idea how anyone can think this is a good idea for allergy sufferers. Cup is small and must be emptied a lot, and, again, dust is flying everywhere. I live alone with the cat, we are not really messy, yet it seems like the cup is always full because it is small. You are supposed to wash out the upper filter when it gets dirty, but that is after 5 minutes of vacuuming. It gets dirty very fast. So, now you take it out for cleaning, and again, dust everywhere. The outside of my vacuum is perpetually dusty.
I would not recommend this vacuum.
