No
The Bottom Line:
Looks flashy and nice as long as you are not using it to clean. Hopeless when it comes to cleaning. This vacuum cleaner is junk.
Overall, I am very unsatisfied with this vacuum. I have had it for about 4 months now and it does a poor job irrespective of the surface - carpet, hardwood floor, furniture....
The design itself is very bad. The bagless feature has a large hump in the front of the vacuum which makes it absolutely useless when you are trying to get under a low table or desk. The "hump" where the dust collects, will keep getting in the way and you cannot push the vacuum under such low tables/desks. Very annoying. Wonder what were Bissell engineers thinking when they designed it that way.
The staircase cleaning tool is decent and is probably the only really useful part of this machine. It seems to have more power and utility than the floor brush.
We have two kids and a dog. This vacuum is totally useless for a family such as ours. It is bad at picking up in corners, does a bad job with pet hair and has poor suction overall. I need to brush the carpet after vacuuming and am able to do a better job with the brush than with the vacuum. It will probably work for single person households or grandpa/grandma kind of houses with no kids or pets. Not worth spending a cent on this kind of a product.
