Bissell 3750 Bagless Upright Vacuum

I chose this vacuum cleaner because of the consistent reviews that it got at epinions, because we are getting ready to move into a house with carpets (our home currently only has ceramic tiled floors). We went with a factory serviced model from ABC Vacuum because of the price ($99 and free shipping! WOOT!). The day it arrived I took it up to my mother's house and had her thoroughly vacuum her carpets. After we put the Liftoff together, she vacuumed her carpet again and was a little horrified at how full the cup was when she was done. We have a month before we move into the new carpeted house, so I told her to keep the vacuum with her and use it until it was time for us to move.

Well, 3 weeks later, she's sold. She said it was shocking to see how much she was getting out of her carpets. She had me come back here and order one for her too. It's heavy (30 pounds), but not at all hard to push. Even my 6 year old son can vacuum the floor with it, and has nicknamed it "The Red Racer." I can't report on durability because it's too soon, but as far as performance goes, we are very pleased.

Hey, and it doesn't hurt that it's shiny red. Zoom zoom zoom!
