The Bottom Line:
I would highly recommend this machine. Again, you get what you pay for.
I purchased this machine (3750M) to replace a Fantom Fury. My first impressions are as follows:
1) Power. This vacuum generates significantly more suction than the Fantom. This was especially noticeable when using the hose. My carpeting looked awesome when finished.
2) Accessories. I purchased the 3750M vice the 3750. The accessories included a nice array of tools, including an edge, upholstorey, turbo brush (for stair cleaning), and extension wand. There is also a bare floor cleaner. The only nit was the fact that not all are held on the vacuum. Another nicety was the spare set of filters included at no additional cost.
3) Filters. The vacuum includes two filters, including a HEPA filter. both filters are easy to get to and replace.
4) Bagless. It is a bagless vacuum, like many today. The collection container is somewhat small. However, I have yet to spill dust and dirt when emptying it (unlike my Fantom). This does require a bit more attention, however, to vacuums with larger containers.
5) Weight. It is a bit heavier than other vacuums that I've owmed, but to me the weight is inconsequential. It may, however, be a bit much for some.
6) Removable canister. I have not used this feature as of yet, but for me it will prove useful to get to "tight" areas.
7) Cost. It was a bit more in cost than some other vacuums. However, the features seem to best match to the Dyson vacuums, which are much more expensive.
There are cheaper vacuums, which I have historically purchased, only to find out they are unsatisfactory. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and I am very happy with this purchase.
