plastic parts that cannot hold up to heat

The suction is very good, I have to empty it often. sometimes clogs, but easy to clear it. The roller brush has a plastic end that melted, it will not roll. I have had the machine for two months and now I have to purchase this part. Nothing got caught to cause the damage, the plastic construction cannot hold up to heat. I would not purchase this machine again.
