This vacuum is the worst I've ever had. It simply doesn't suck!!! There is absolutely no way to clean your floor and carpet with this eye-caching monster. I drive this lazy machine few times on the same area Even after that,I have to sweep the floors. Do you have extra time for this "fun"? A hose is very stiff and short. When I'm using the hose, the vacuum often falls down because it is unbalanced. I'm going to buy something that really vacuums.
