Bissell lift off 2 in 1 not worth the money

The Bissell-lift off is like having 2 vacuums in one that is the reason I bought it,
The hose on the canister is too short, the cord gets caught on everything it's too long.
The filter falls into the dirt cup and you have to stick something in there to hold it up to remove the dirt cup, the wand does not lock in place.
After only having the Bissell-lift off for less then 1 year, the wand broke and does not stay together.
The Bissell-lift off does not clean my hard wood floors, I have to use the canister part to vacuum everything.
