I was introduced to this product a few years ago when my hairstylist used it after I got my haircut and hair coloring. I liked the way my hair came out after, so I decided to invest some money into this product. To this day, I still use this product. It is called silk therapy and there aren't really any instructions on the bottle on how to use it, but I usually put a nickel-size amount in my hair before I blow-dry it. I can definitely tell the difference when I use the product and when I do not. It definitely keeps my hair from getting frizzy from the heat. It makes your hair feel much, much smoother when the product is used. My hair is very difficult to manage. When I use this in my hair, it keeps me from getting a huge lion's mane. So besides reducing the frizz, it calms my hair from getting too much volume. The best part is, you don't even notice that it is in your hair. It is very light and silky, just as the name suggests. I have used other products that make your hair feel heavy. I already have enough hair as it is. I do not need any extra weight on my head. I usually continue to use a product until I stumble upon something better. So far, nothing has beaten this one. The cost is pretty up there, but I usually shop around until I find a good deal. The internet helps with this part. I recommend this product to anyone who feels like their hair is hard to manage and want to keep it nice and shiny.
