Bialetti Mukka Espresso Machine

At the beginning, I got a terrible cappuccino (I am Italian, so I know what a good one is!), with rests of coffee grind in it, no froth and a terrible taste. I was really upset and I thought I had wasted my money.

Then I figured out what to do: First thing, do not use a very fine coffee grind, otherwise it will sip through the filter into the cappuccino.

Second thing: Use top quality coffee grind, top quality milk AND top quality water. We are currently in Hawaii, so we can find all of these really easily.

After using the right ingredients, it worked great! Now we make cappuccino every day!
