And when it's bad it's horrid. Unfortunately, that's over half of the time. Like many others, I had problems with the seal. Adjusting the amount of coffee grounds, checking threads, tightening more or less, etc...nothing seemed to have any effect on whether or not it leaked all over the stove. Very frustrating. The quality of the latte I get is fine, just about as good as any I buy in town. Just not sure it's worth the hassle to make given the failure rate. Too bad they didn't spend a little more time or money engineering that part of the pot.
