Bialetti Mukka Espresso Machine

I made over a dozen pots of coffee (latte) exactly per the instructions. Only ONE time did it successfully produce a latte. Every other time the coffee oozed through the gasket and made a horrible mess on my stove. I tried two different espresso grind coffees - both name brands from Italy and made for these types of machines. I lost over $10 worth of coffee in this process! Coffee in the morning should not be this difficult.

I returned the coffee maker to the store that I purchased it at and the clerk told me that they have had a LOT of returns for this coffee pot for the same problem I had.
