Good price, lousy phone
Needed a new cordless phone and was attracted to this one's price and looks/design. However, after getting it home, I found its sound quality and effective range were very poor.
Even with a rebate on this phone and its resulting great price it still stinks and is not worth it.

Poor reception
I bought this phone on sale at Officemax thinking it was a good buy. I soon found out that the quality of this phone reception is terrible and a complete annoyance.
I do however have to say that it is a very lightweight phone and holds a fair amount of battery power.

defective merchandise, no customer service
