No access point mode
Pros
Fast throughput.
Cons
Needs firmware update. Port forwarding flakey. Does NOT support access point mode.

I went with Belkin because I thought I was getting quality. I do have to say that if ALL you need is BASIC wi-fi with NO advanced features, this router is quick. The port forwarding on my
Belkin router worked off and on and it was very fustrating. I need it to be on all the time or it useless. No firmware update is available. It just quits forwarding ports out of the blue. Belkin tech support was also useless. Now I need it was a wireless access point. It says it has an access point mode. But it does NOT support the wireless. That is NOT an access point. That is a wired switch or wired router. Now I have a paper weight. Should have gone with D-Link.
