Best choice in bi-focal
Pros
Durable quality lens. Good far vision for driving
Cons
Close vision is so-so. Lens is colorless, hard to see in case. Expensive

The Bottom Line:
Best product if you want to ditch your bifocal glasses and want something that's comfortable.
I tried every soft bifocal lens made - include RGP. RGP gives the very best visual acuity, but feels like a scratched cornea. I wore the Ciba Focus Progressives for a while but was nervous with driving vision - mid range was blurry. Focus Progressive had the best reading vision, but I found myself falling off of curbs. The B&L Multifocal gives the best out of a mediocre group. They are bigger than most and I think - thicker? They last longer than the other brands, more rip resistant. One big con is the price - highest in the group. Also, no dailies are available.
