Fishing fun, No stink here...
Pros
Fishing fun; graphics; sound
Cons
fishing fun; too short; long load times
Recommended it?
Yes
This game is the definite answer to all those fishing buffs out there who loved the arcade, or who just like a leisurely stroll through a video game... It has all the bells and whistles of fishing outdoors, like the birds singing and the bugs buzzing... The fish move very realistic and even react more so in the harder difficulty settings... The graphics are top notch and look close too, if not exactly like the arcade, especially the under water effects camera...
The game play is even more emphasized by use of the DC fishing controller, casting is done just like in real life, and it even has a motion sensor in the rod that makes things even more realistic... If your thinking of getting this game, it is a definite worthwhile purchase...
Albeit, this game is not pure perfection.. It is pretty short in arcade mode, but shines well in the original mode, which has you compete in a pretty tough tournament... The load time is rather long and sometimes tedious.. I recommend this game to fishing game buffs and even fishing pro's.. This is the only game my father plays in the arcades and at home...
