Great Baseball Game, Not Excellent
Pros
easy to learn, looks good, for hardcore fans
Cons
confusing, sound is sub-par
Recommended it?
Yes
The first release of the spring, and it is a pretty good game. The graphics are good, and the physics and AI have improved from last years release. However the voices click when they fade out on my system, maybe it's just mine. They have added a rookie draft after every season which adds some flavor to the game. You can sort through your minor league system all the way down to Rookie-A leagues, players decline and get better over time. You can play this game over and over again, however the commentating and PA Announcer get very annoying. There are some bugs in the initial release but All and all a very good game. I think Triple Play 2001 may be a stronger release however when it comes out.
