Back to Basics Solution 4000 3-Speed Blender

I was looking for a low cost blender to use both for my daily smoothie "regimen" and also for various food preparation. Not only does the Back to Basics 4000 Blender Solution have a large GLASS container/jar but it also comes with extras such as a separate "smoothie dispenser" base with a valve for serving the smoothie quickly and easily similar to a commercial machine. The lid has 2 options: a traditional cap and also a "stir stick" cap which allows for stirring while the blender is in operation. I am surprised that most of the descriptions I saw on various sites did not describe these great features which usually cost much more with other blenders. The blender is relatively quiet and very powerful, and in addition is quite good looking. There is even a cord "wrap" on the underside to contain the cord.
