Great product, and compact, too.
Pros
Small. Handy to take to work. Great price. Lids screw on securely. Works well.
Cons
A bit noisy. Might have to shake up the contents to get everything to blend.

The Bottom Line:
I definitely recommend this product. It's compact and doesn't take up much space. It works well and it's great for anyone on the go.
I'm NOT a morning person, and value my sleep too much to get up an extra 10 minutes early to make my breakfast smoothies at home, so I bought this little blender to keep at work and I LOVE IT!! But it would be great to keep at the house, too, because the take-along mug is the same container you blend everything in, so you don't have to transfer anything. Just blend and go.
I buy frozen strawberries and blend those with yogurt, milk, other fruits and a little ice and I was surprised at how well this little thing performed. Once in a while, I do have to take it off the base to shake it up a little to get some of the stuff at the top to fall down enough to get mixed in (I can't expect miracles for only $10) but once I do that there are no ice chunks or anything, just deliciously smooth smoothie. Both the lid sipping lid and the blending lid screw on securely, so you don't have to worry about it leaking. It's a surprisingly nice little blender for the price.
I can't imagine why that other reviewer had a problem with it, unless he or she burned out the motor trying to blend ice on the low setting. I would suggest using the high setting (and make sure you have some liquid in there, too) and I don't think you'd have that problem.
