I found the Baby Bjorn Active to be a much better carrier than the original Baby Bjorn or the Snugli because of the lumbar support in the back. In the others, I found myself constantly having to readjust the back support, but this one stayed where it was supposed to. It really helped me get things done when my baby was very little, either while she slept snuggled against me or while she was facing out viewing the world around her.
