Fantastic item, a must have for parents. It's easy to use, babies love it, and it doesn't scream baby carrier. The only down side is that prolong use strains your shoulder and/or back muscles. I've heard some other wraps and slings are better for your shoulders, however, this is much more papa-friendly.
