The Bottom Line: The ability to fit ALL hinies, the built-in splash guard, the stability of the seat itself and the stability of the child on the seat. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!

I bought the Baby Bjorn Toilet trainer after much reflection and soul-searching - mainly to decide if I was able to commit $30 to The Potty Training Cause.(I had already invested $15 to The Cause that was wasted on a sub-standard potty chair) I am otherwise very satisfied with this purchase, though. The main attraction to this seat, as the mother of a toddler son, was the built-in splash guard that was tall enough to contain "sprays", but not so high as to turn him into a eunich if he moves around a little. The seat fits standard and elongated toilet seats, and the seat itself is VERY ergonomic - it seems to fit small and larger hinies perfectly. And another thing - the hole in the seat is big enough for "both things" (YOU know what I'm talking about)to fall through without the child having to change positions. It is easy to disinfect - I keep a pack of disinfectant wipes in the bathroom and I give the splash guard a wipe every now and then, and once a week it goes in the dishwasher for a deep cleaning. It has a carrying handle, and comes in neat colors. You could even put this in a large shoulder bag and take to the mall or store with you, if you wanted to. If you are even THINKING of this seat, GET IT-ESPECIALLY if you have a son!
