Yes
The Bottom Line:
Perfect size, easy to use.
I bought my daughter a nifty potty with removable seat, bowl and lid. She liked it as a step stool, although it's not quite high enough for her, but she showed no interest in using it for it's primary purpose.
Then she saw the Baby Bjorn little potty at the Right Start store and immediately sat on it. Taking this as a good omen, I plunked down the 10.00 to bring it home. Soon, we had a pottying girl.
Why does she like it? Is it the blue color? The sleek European design? No. The answer is, it's small enough for her to have complete control over her potty. She can move it around, pick it up, dump the contents into the big potty (with much banging of big potty lids), or put it on her head as desired (fortunately it's also easy to clean).
Most of all, it fits her pint-sized, as we say, Po Po. It may not work as well for a bigger kid, but my daughter has always outgrown her shirts long before her pants.
This is also the style of potty featured in her DK First Words dictionary, which she demanded to have read to her every day from age 15-18 months, so that might have a little something to do with it too.
