Bob Duallie - Red Jogger Stroller

We purchased a red 2005 BOB Duallie jogger and have been very pleased with it. When researching which jogger to purchase, we noted in the many reviews we perused that a frequent complaint was that double joggers don't fit through standard doorways. This was not a concern to us since we planned to use it exclusively for walking and jogging. In fact, if a double jogger is narrow enough to fit through a doorway, I'd be concerned that my two little ones would be on top of each other!

The BOB Duallie provides ample seating room and a divider which minimizes the temptation for my 2 and 3 year olds to fight. The footrests keep little feet safely away from the front wheel, and the five-point harness and "anti-fly-out device" keep children protected during sudden stops. The shocks work great over rough terrain and can easily be adjusted to be firmer or softer, depending on the need. I routinely travel over sidewalks, lawn and even gravel with no difficulty.

I have found the sun shade to be adequate; in fact, it appears to pull down much lower than other models we considered. It also has two positions which allow for increased flexibility. I have had no problem with the "peek-in" window remaining open as needed. The parking brake engages and disengages easily, and keeps the stroller in place on mild inclines. The storage basket is huge compared to those found on similar models

The front wheel assembly can be adjusted as needed if the alignment goes out. All three wheels can also be quickly removed with a quick-release mechanism for more compact folding (or in order to fit the stroller through a doorway.)

We purchased the optional console and have found it to be a great add-on. It holds two standard beverage bottles and contains a zippered pouch that is perfect for keys.

We have found the BOB Duallie to be an excellent product for the money.
