VK-38W Premium Grade eight-inch Kevlar cones offer incredible strength and dispersion advantages compared to traditional woofers. Kevlar cones enable superior acoustic quality, improved mid-bass, extreme durability under high stress conditions, and are less susceptible to blowout (even when being driven at the highest levels). Heavy duty eight-inch woofers also enable these speakers to deliver low frequencies down to 30 Hz (+/- 3dB). VK-38W speakers include pivoting one-inch liquid-cooled titanium tweeters and two half-inch poly mids that deliver highs beyond the audible range and smooth, accurate mid frequencies. VK-38W speakers are packaged with both white cloth decor grilles (offering a clean, classy look for those not interested in painting their grilles), and paintable metal grilles (for those who want their speakers to completely blend in with a colored wall). VK-38W white speaker baffles also augment contemporary cosmetics. Mounting hardware is included with speakers.
