Kitchen Aid BCG100BU he's blue, stainless, and all mine
It was during my "blue period"...or perhaps it was during the months of "stainless steel fixation"...whatever the time frame, this little grinder from Kitchen Aid entered my life and that of my little family. The attraction was purely physical - sometimes those are the best kind - and I intended to... Read full review »
KitchenAid, How Could You Make This In India?
If you have ever been the victim of your non-flavored coffee beans being ground at the grocery store just after someone's vanilla mocha flavored coffee, you will understand why a grinder at home is most important for a good cup of coffee.
I have had several different grinders of which all...

KitchenAid/Krups Komparo: The Germans oughta' take a close look at this one.
Blather
I've never been enamored by coffee grinders. Not that I don't like fresh ground coffee. On the contrary, I strongly prefer it to the dry, tasteless pre-ground variety. Always thought that stuff too closely resembled commercial sweeping compound. But I've been less than impressed with...

Excellent for a Blade Grinder
This is a great blade grinder and a very good grinder overall for the price. I grind enough beans for 6-8 cups every morning and occasionally grind for 10-12 cups if we have company.
If you've shopped for a coffee grinder or used several, you see it's a matter of tradeoffs. The Kitchen...

Removable bowl for coffee and much easier to clean!!
After owning a Krups coffee grinder for 4 years, I finally needed to get a new coffee grinder. After looking around at the various models, I decided on the KitchenAid Blade Coffee Grinder. It is the first coffee grinder that I've even on the market with a removable bowl (from the motor) and it's... Read full review »
A budget minded grinder for regular folks.
Okay, so what am I doing trying out a blade grinder when I already own, and am happy with, a Capresso Infinity? Long story short; a friend wants to know what kind of inexpensive grinder to carry, but doesn't know a heck of a lot about them. He knows I do, gives me a couple to try out so that I can... FAIR by my Kitchenaid standards
Ok, gotta admit I was a bit disappointed with this one. True there is no cord storage, and this little unit grinds a LITTLE bit of coffee. The motor does seem powerful but the capacity of what it can hold doesn't seem to match. You can expect a mess on your counter each and every time you use this... Read full review »
less than expected, a bit of a disappointment
We purchased the KitchenAid coffee grinder based on great experiences with the KitchenAid product line. We found that our expectations may have been a bit too high.
Upon using the coffee grinder, we were disappointed to find that coffee grounds spill over the top edge of the steel...

Great grinder
I was sick of my old Krups grinder. What a mess. I always had trouble getting the grounds out of the cup. But, I love freshly ground coffee. This Kitchen Aid Grinder was a gift. I love the removable stainless steel bowl. It makes it so easy to pour the coffee grounds into the brewing basket. Does a... Read full review »
Clever, but Falls Short
When I first got my Kitchenaid Grinder I thought it was one of the cleverest grinders I had ever seen. The grinding chamber is a detachable metal cup that sits on the motor like the pitcher of a blender. A clear plastic cup fits over the entire metal container and a simple push down on the cup...
