Pros
quick and easy to use
Cons
loud, small

Our coffee grinder was a wedding gift, and so far it has been one of the best. I like to buy unground, fair trade coffee, but hate to use the in-store machines. I was a little nervous about using this the first time--what if I somehow messed up my coffee?--but it is so easy to use, the cat could probably do it. You pour the beans in, press on the lid, and presto! twenty seconds later you have fresh ground coffee.
I am not a coffee snob, so nuances in flavor are lost on me, but this little machine seems to do a great job--the grounds are uniform size and the coffee always tastes great to me and anyone else I serve it to. The machine is a cinch to clean too, just unlock the bowl and wash it out. It doesn't have a lot of crevices for the coffee to get stuck in.
On the downside, it's LOUD, and can grind only a few ounces at a time, so a larger family of coffee drinks might need something with a greater capacity.
