The Bottom Line:
I recommend this product and would purchase it again. It grinds really well. It is durable.
I had gone through several grinders but the motor would wear out so I decided to purchase this brand because their products are durable. I've purchased their other products and the motors are still going strong. I went with the black color because coffee beans are nearly black and I didn't want a white one to get stained or dirty-looking from constant use. I have used it mainly for coffee beans, nuts, and spices. It has no switches. I can control the motor on it by pressing down until I have finished grinding. I can check how it has ground and continue grinding if necessary. The blade has remained sharp. The motor is still working great. I grind my spices fresh for each dish, and I grind my coffee beans fresh each morning, so I am constantly grinding. This unit has 3 parts; the motor base, the stainless steel grinding bowl and a plastic lid. The grinding bowl can be immersed and washed in water. Other grinders don't have this capability. I like to keep the bowl fresh from reside and aroma of my previous grind so the odor or taste does not transfer the the next food item that I am grinding. It has a thick, durable cord.
I keep the base that contains the motor and cord wiped off with a damp cloth and I run he stainless steel bowl and lid through the dish washer or I hand wash it. It looks brand new.
