Yes
The Bottom Line:
Useful for this retire Marine. Plus it is a Dell!!!
After a 26 year career in the Marines and using a government issue green notebook (No not the computer kind), I felt it was time to go techno.
I did my homework by going to Dell's catalog and their website. After that I visited the Dell Kiosk at the mall. With the help of the Dell rep, I was able to buy a couple Dell computers, printer, camera and a Dell Axim X50v Pocket PC.
I bought the Axim to be able to mainly track my appointments, contacts, tasks and be able to read my emails. I store a lot of pictures for use with our Home Owners Association in conjunction with Excel worksheets. I use the Wi -Fi on my Axim as a back-up when the wife is on the laptop and was able to access anywhere in our condo.
Performance: A little slow when using multiple programs.
Screen: Great VGA screen. Provides clear pictures as I use it to store and display images to contractors we hire.
Battery: The battery life is about between 2 to 3 hours.
As with all Dell products I have bought they interface great with each other such as my Dell Axim X50v and my 600m Inspiron. For the price which was $499 and what I need, the Axim works great!
