For Part-time Pumping and Traveling, the Avent Isis is a Great Option
My daughter presented with a very tight tongue-tie (when the frenulum, the little ‘string’ of tissue attached to the bottom of the mouth and the tongue is short). She had trouble latching on in the beginning so my midwife recommended the Avent Isis hand pump.

Avent pump is great, just one flaw
This pump is great. It is really versatile. You can use it with batteries, plug it it or use it manually. My only problem with mine was that it contains BPA. When I contacted PHilips (company that makes Avent) they had me pay for a replacement part @ $18. Why should I pay to replace a part... Read full review »
