my samsung microwave died after 10 days of use. ok i said i am unlucky they will fix that in no time as there is a on site 2 year repair warranty but to my suprise they refused to honor their advertised on site warranty and asks me to bring the microwave to their repair facilty. this is unacceptable i will never buy samsung again.
