Great Design, Very Poor Performance

Toaster over/toaster combo is a great idea and item looks great but that's where the pros end for this product. Takes forever to make toast (elements are too small). The toaster broke on three new toasters in about 2/3 months (kept returning for a replacement) until I finally called the Avanti who then gave a merchandide credit. If they made this product with thicker/bigger heating elements it would have been perfect. Don't waste your time or money on this.
