great gadget for $29

If cheap it's a great gadget to add to your kitchen. Lots of functions and definitely a conversation piece - novelty definitely
Just picked this up from The source - clearance. Only $29 so couldn't expect much. No digital frames for $30 even crappy ones. This one is fine. I put tons of compressed pic on a SD card and looks acceptable. No sense wasting memory as hi res pic don't get displayed on a lo resol screen. These babies went for $200 when they first came out a few yrs ago. now discontinued so this is why so cheap.
So many wasy to leave message. Via Voice, via sticky notes, via white board or normal paper with magnet. And to top this off a digtial picture frame with calendar/event reminder etc....
Has built in 512MB memory so can store quite a few pic. You can use external USB/SD/CF/MMC cards also if you want more storage. So there is flexibility if you want to expand.
Hung mine up to the wall in the kitchen and it looks great.
Nice side slots for dry marker and stickies.
Comes with wire management kit but didn't need to conceal wires. Not sure if a great thing for a fridge. There are adhesive tapes and mounts or legs if you wish to stand it up or mount on wall or stick on fridge.
Warranty is 90 days so don't expect much. Guess it's just a toy for now. I know it's obsolete and discontinued already but ok for $30 even for a white board only.
Grab one if cheap. Wouldn't pay more than $40 for it. But deal if under.
