This is my 3rd Asko over the years, and I keep coming back to them because of the build quality and practicality. Even this bottom of the line unit is still fully stainless steel, has fan forced drying and an internal water heater with options for pots/pans, eco temp and drying settings.
I've never had any complaints about their performance even with baked on stuff. The time cycles for the wash cyles range from 15 mins for a quick wash up to 3hrs for the heavy duty one. I also use the quick rinse so that I don't need to do a full wash unless its full.
I love the fact that they're great at keeping themselves clean. It's rare to find any stuff left in the filter after a wash. They're usually spotless even after washing really dirty stuff.
Installation was very easy. Only 3 legs to adjust and lock then simply slide it in, a couple of screws to secure it, connect the water, outlet and power and you're ready to go.
For the few extra dollars I think they're a far better buy than some other brands that have lots of options you never use with poor quality components.
