Started off with the trial and became obsorbed even interested my wife in it. I decided to go ahead and buy it what a mistake. After I installed it for her I found out which is pretty well hidden you also need to subscribe to a $12 a month fee. Now if you are like me and enjoyed playing with another in the family your in for a surpise you have to not only buy another set of software but you have another subscription to sign up for. Asking there support about this took them ten minutes to find this info on there own site and there only excuse was I should of read there terms and conditions. Being upset I cancelled my wifes new service after they said she would still be able to use her account. Low and behold it was killed. Asked whats up they said SOL its the terms and conditions so my wife was upset so I decided to just let her sign up went back on gave the credit card which you better have or foget buying the software. Turns out they cancel her free 30 day trial and we were charged for he entire month. Call up there support again and there only excuse is its in the terms conditions.
