Arturo Fuente Chateau

This cigar is one of the foundations of the Fuente line. While most of the hype goes to Opus and Hemingway, the ?green band? line has delivered to the consumer a good reliable cigar at a decent price. On the surface the Chateau Fuente is a wonderfully packaged short robusto (4?x50), wrapped in Cedar and Cellophane, which makes it a great gift cigar. Along with the Flor Fina 8-5-8 this is my favorite of the green band line of Fuentes. It comes in 3 wrappers Cameroon Natural, Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro, and the newly added very tasty Sun Grown Ecuadorian (my favorite). Always wonderful construction, great draw and burn. As flavor is so subjective and dependent on so many factors (mood, existing pallet condition) I will simply note that this cigar is never bitter or harsh, but every one that I've smoked has been enjoyable. I've yet to be disappointed with a Chateau Fuente.
