How does it work?
I got lucky about a year back and won a Saeco Aroma Espresso Machine from a contest put on by a local radio station.
I would never pay the kind of money that this unit costs in stores just for a fancy coffee machine, I mean I checked up on it, and this unit retails for about $300.00.

great machine - terrible service
I bought the Saeco from Amazon, using Amex points. I picked it after seeing Alton Brown recommend it as an effective, moderately priced espressomaker without too many useless bells and whistles. My machine worked beautifully for about 2 months, and then the pump quit.

Ok. I work at a coffee shop and i know how expensive a latte can be every morning on your way to work. So instead of paying $3 with my discount i went out and bought my own espresso machine at Bed Bath And Beyond.
