Arctic Silver Adhesive is not intended to be used between a CPU and the CPU heatsink. For CPU applications only use Arctic Silver Thermal Compounds. Arctic Silver Adhesive is probably the best adhesive out there for thermal layering and bonding for heatsinks. A set of Arctic Silver Adhesive consists of two tubes containing a total of 7 grams of adhesive (3.5 grams of Part A and 3.5 grams of Part B) and a plastic reusable mixing wand. NOTE: Even though Arctic Silver Adhesive is specifically engineered for high electrical resistance, it should be kept away from electrical traces, pins, and leads. The cured adhesive is slightly capacitive and could potentially cause problems if it bridged two close- proximityelectric al paths. Arctic Silver Adhesive is a permanent adhesive. Components you attach with Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive will stay attached forever.

Pure electrical insulator, neither electrically conductive nor capacitive. Two tubes containing a total of 5 grams of adhesive (2.5 grams each of parts A and B) and a plastic reusable mixing wand. (Approximately 3cc total adhesive.) Although lighter per set than Arctic Silver Adhesive due to its use of ceramics rather than silver, each set of Arctic Alumina Adhesive contains the same amount of adhesive by volume as a set of Arctic Silver adhesive and will cover the same area.
