Well worth a look if you're looking for an MP3 player.
Pros
Holds many hours of music. Comes with easy to use soft
Cons
Cheap plastic buttons. No dial - multiple presses to get to functions.
Recommended it?
No
The Bottom Line:
If you need to hold many hours of music, this is a device you should consider. You can learn to use it. Cheaper than solid state memory devices. Good value.
If the quality of the plastics were better, and if the controls were more user friendly, this would be an amazing buy. But with the quality of the finish, I am not impressed.
It can be used to upload MP3's and other data which makes it useful.
It's hard to tell if this device can survive a few months.
I certainly wouldn't take it out jogging.
Battery life on my unit was dismal.
Also it stops playing for no reason at times.
The sound is not good, I dont really expect the best from MP3 players, I still think it could have been better. It is somewhat tinny with too much midrange detail at the expense of bass. This is just the use of poor quality circuits I presume.
I may return my unit. I am sure better things will be out soon in a very competitive market.
