After less than a month, the screen on my iPod cracked. It wasn't dropped or damaged in any way. I called Apple & they basically said it was my fault because I must have done something to it and it's just too bad. Yeah, I did something to it, turned it on - thats all. This is the biggest waste of money! Do not buy an iPod if you don't want to be ripped off.
