We finally decided to invest in Mac. We never bought one before due to the price. But after using it, it's one of the best investments we made. Start up is so much faster. We don't have to wait minutes for the computer to start up. Also, we have found that our computer at home is faster than our work computers - start up and surfing the web! When you go to the Apple Store, customer service is great. They really know their computers. I like the idea that I can make an appointment and talk in-person if I do have any troubles or questions on my computer. I'm definitely a Mac user now!
