i love this product, it was not cheap, but it looks so nice, clean, and sleek. i am a very techy person and i love having all the latest gadgets, so im willing to pay for the brand name sometimes. it comes in a cool looking package, with all the software, cables, and instructions for it, and earphones. it works straight out of the box, even comes with a bit of battery! all you have to do is hook it up to your computer and upload music and videos. it works very well.
