I don't know how I exercised before I bought my Apple iPod shuffle 2nd Generation!! It's perfect for running because it's so small and can easily clip on my shorts or shirt and doesn't get in the way. It can store a lot of songs and has a long battery life. I love it and have gotten through several half marathons with the help of my pump-up music! You will definitely not regret this investment.
