Ipod Chromatic
Pros
light and thin. has an elegant look. comes in many magnificent colors.
Cons
a bit delicate and fragile for those who might be a bit careless or rough...
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
lightweight but on the delicate side, otherwise pleasurable to use. battery life is good (make sure to lock while listening to music, you'll save a lot of battery!)
I have the ipod Chromatic in purple 16gb. I've had it for roughly two years and it's still working OK. but sometimes it freezes but it's pretty easy to fix. (considering i did drop it in a puddle once). I really like how it looks: slim and the color is very attractive. I strongly advise you to buy a hard cover for it though as the paintwork can get scratched up very easily and it is extremely thin... (you don't want it snapping in two too easily when you sit on it accidentally). so i'm quite satisfied with this ipod look-wise and that it's working well but i wouldn't advise this ipod for those who are a little bit clumsy or rough. I protect my ipod a lot with covers and cases so maybe that's the reason why it's still working well today? But it is quite a delicate and very thin ipod and if you handle it with care it is a nice music companion indeed. It also has this famous shake and shuffle ability but it's not as cool as it sounds and it actually drains the battery (so don't buy it just because it can shuffle when you shake it, is just my advise...)
