Pros they are very original
Cons all the songs kind of sound the same
Recommended it? Yes

Botch is another one of those crazy "metal-core" bands. They are from Seattle and have been around for a few years now. They are starting to get big with their second full length release on Hydrahead Records. American Nervoso is the first it's really good, I think some of their earlier songs were... Pros One of the most creatively inspiring underground hardcore albums released in the decade,...
Cons there is a last song
Recommended it? Yes

Botch, who hail from lovely Seattle, WA, are one of those bands you see live and never forget. It is usually difficult to capture the intensity and rawness of a live performance on record, but they have done just that with "American Nervoso." To clear the water, this is not a live album. Pros great noisecore/metalcore from Tacoma
Cons too short
Recommended it? Yes

Botch, one of the best 'noisecore' 'metalcore' bands around since Dead Guy. hailing from Tacoma (not seattle) these 4 guys (drummer, guitar, bass, vocals) produce some very nice hard hitting songs. Lyrics make little sense unless u ponder them for a while, or unless you ask the person who wrote... Read full review »

American Nervoso

Originally recorded in 1998, this is Botch's debut full-length and first Hydra Head release. It features white-hot guitar action, scathing vocals, sweet bass moves, and torrential drums, smashing existing precepts of hardcore and redefining both the word and the music for a generation of matinee kids and grizzled vets alike. Here it is, a decade later, remixed, re-mastered, and reissued with five bonus tracks. "One of the most revered hardcore bands of the last decade, Botch pioneered the math-metal school of rock with song structures so complex and musicianship so virtuosic the Seattle quartet might as well have played classical music" - Revolver.
