this is a new product line, but is backed by some very knowledgable people with years of experience. commercial range modified for residential use. you can't go wrong!
i recently purchased an american range model ARR-486GDI from dvorson's food service equiptment in california. i was a little nervous about purchasing out of state after the horror show that i went thru with a.j. madison. but this time it worked out much better. josh dvorson is a stand up guy, never had a problem reaching him. he always returned my calls and when his salesman gave me the wrong price, he stood by it, and honored it. the range is fabulous as is the manufacturer. it's well built, looks great, simmers great. the 18" and 30" ovens work outstanding. the oven lights are outstanding and the racks are rigid, not flimsy. the control panel and oven doors are warm to the touch at the most. the range top cleans easily. the independent ignitors are great. the oven doors are not heavy but feel real good and the oven fans are almost silent. the windows give great visibility. all in all i feel it is a well built unit and am totally satisfied. i had a small issue with the shipping date and was contacted by the v/p chris thompson of american range. he kept in constant contact with me as did the dealer josh dvorson. kudos to you guys & thanks
