I purchased this before my son was born based on price and it's reputation. I was thrilled I already had it since my son arrived almost 6 weeks early. I began using this the day he was born. He was on a stomach tube from the first day for about two days. We attempted breast feeding, but he was not born with the ability to suck. This made the breast pump essential. For the first week I used this pump every day about 8 times per day. It was comfortable and very easy to use. It seemed to do the job fairly quickly. Once I returned to work, I was able to take this pump to work with me very easily. It has several cooling packs so I was able to store the breast milk in the breast pump bag itself. This made life easier for me and everyone else in my office. The pump is very easy to clean and almost all the parts can be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I also used the Medela pump a friend loaned me just to compare. This pump was just as comfortable and just as easy to use. With the price I paid for mine, I felt very good about the pump I decided upon. I loaned this pump to a friend when I was finished. She loved the pump and it's ease as well. I am planning to keep the pump for any future children.
