The Bottom Line:
If you're looking for an excellent (albeit relatively expensive) speaker system for your iPod / iPhone, look no further.
My wife teaches Zumba classes. The facility she teaches through has a rather poor sound system, so she asked me to get her a decent set of speakers for her iPod 3G. Say no more, I'm on the job!
After poring through review after review, I came across these speakers. Although the price seemed a bit out of reach, I'd rather pay a bit more for some really good speakers than to save some money and live with less quality sound.
The unit was easy to setup, and after mounting the correct adapter into the unit and plugging it in, we were just in awe. The subs shook the room while the midrange and tweeters saturated the rest of the audible spectrum. The sound blended very nicely between each speaker's range - there was no discernible frequency gap.
Now for the ultimate test - my wife took it to the classroom. Everyone made comments as to how much better things sounded. Even those in the hallway and other rooms came in to see where all this sound was coming from. My wife was very happy with the results, and as a result, so was I. She could clearly hear the music, so she could cue and change things right on time.
