Altec Lansing ACS 45.1 2.1 Speakers

There is no doubt in my mind the AltecLansing ACS45 speaker system is the best sounding computer subwoofer set. Dollar for dollar it is hard to fine such a rich sounding setup. For $79.95 at OfficeMax this system offers great frequency response. While there are more expensive systems out there, listening to music is truly ear pleasing. It even sounds better than my high dollar stereo system. With controls on the top of the mini-speaker the subwoofer can be hidden away. Excellent bass response. While listening to classical music, I can hear horns and strings with remarkable clarity. Actually I am partially deaf and live life wearing hearing aids. Usually certain frequency responses are distorted by the hearing aids. Not so with the ACS45! I would recommend these speakers to anybody. When I can afford them eventually,I will upgrade to the ACS305 digital speakers. Than again maybe not as I truly love the ACS45!
