The pan features a flat bottom and flared sides that make tossing foods effortless, and allows for easy turning with a spatula. Cop•R•Chef's heavy-gauge copper outer layer disperses heat evenly along the bottom and sides of the cookware. The pure aluminum center core further enhances heat distribution, and the nonreactive 18/10 stainless steel interior creates the ideal cooking surface. Sculpted stay-cool handle is ergonomic while adding a finishing touch of polished stainless steel. The copper may be polished to a high luster, or allowed to naturally age for a more traditional patina appearance. Suitable for all types of stove tops, excluding induction.
