The Air-O-Swiss Ultrasonic Warm/Cool Mist Humidifier 7133 is a high quality near-silent ultrasonic humidifier featuring a pre-heating function for those that prefer warm mist output. Unlike other ultrasonic humidifiers, the Air-O-Swiss 7133 uses a high quality titanium transducer surface, which uses adjustable high-frequency vibrations to turn water into a micro-fine mist, which is blown into the room to evaporate. The titanium transducer surface is much stronger than ordinary metals, resists rust, lasts longer and requires less cleaning. A demineralization cartridge (Ag+ Ionic Silver Technology) helps reduce “white dust” (lime scale and other mineral deposits from the mist output), thus keeping your air healthy and clean. In addition, the included Hydro Stick helps keep the humidifier clean and fresh longer. When operated with the separately controlled pre-heating function, the water is first heated to 176° F, and then the mist exits at a pleasant and comfortable body temperature of 104° F. This keeps the ambient room temperature from cooling down, and also helps to keep the water cleaner.
